Join the orchestra
If you are looking for a community orchestra to play that has a high standard of excellence and tackles both new and traditional repertoire in a friendly atmosphere of artistic teamwork, you may want to audition.
If you need to brush up your skills first through some lessons with one of our teaching professionals, we can help you connect with the right teacher for your instrument and level of play.
Volunteer
Volunteer jobs include ticket selling, front of house, setup for intermission, and other tasks. Whether you have a few hours a month or 100 hours a month (or anything in-between), we’re always looking for assistance.
Also, the SPO is looking for qualified volunteers to help work our Bingo sessions, held throughout each month. Time slots are in 2 hour or 4 hour increments. It is a lot of fun and helps us raise vital funds to support concerts and music outreach programs.
